BIOGRAPHY

Shannon Fleming holds a doctorate in modern European history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is the author of Primo de Rivera and Abd el-Krim: The Struggle in Spanish Morocco, 1923-1927 (New York: Garland, 1991) and a number of articles on 19th and 20th-century Spanish-North African history.
